US-Immobilienkrise versch?rft sich weiter

Auch im M?rz hat sich die Talfahrt auf dem US-Immobilienmarkt weiter fortgesetzt. Fallende H?userpreise und eine weiterhin hohe Anzahl an Zwangsversteigerungen ergeben eine explosive Mischung. Inzwischen müssen auch die h?heren Einkommenschichten um ihre Eigenheime bangen.

Auch Experten sehen das Ende der Fahnenstange noch nicht erreicht. In einer Umfrage der Nachrichtenagentur Reuters unter 43 ?konomen rechnet eine Mehrzahl mit dem Erreichen der Talsohle erst in den n?chsten sechs bis zw?lf Monaten. Die Stabilisierung des Immobilienmarktes gilt als eine grundlegende Vorraussetzung für die Gesundung der amerikanischen Wirtschaft.

Immerhin wird der Markt inzwischen nicht mehr mit neuen Angeboten überschwemmt.
